It comes from each activity on the schedule. The headcount sheet lists this contractor from the start date.
Junior engineers on Edge Towers A and B and Era Tower C can pick them.
Workers needed comes from each activity they are on.
A contractor who leaves is stopped. Their headcount history stays.
Contractors and trades can also be brought in from Excel.
